Established in 2024, the MSU-Meridian School of Health Professions is located on the Riley Campus in downtown Meridian and is home to the Master of Physician Assistant Studies and undergraduate Healthcare Administration programs.
The Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning in May 2024 approved Mississippi State University’s proposal to establish the School of Health Professions in downtown Meridian.
The larger effort to create a thriving health professions campus is essential to growth in the region.
This integrative move provides an administrative structure for these programs and future planned programs that will significantly contribute to the number and quality of health care professionals in our state and region.
